Pearl of Africa Choir The Pearl of Africa children’s choir came to visit school yesterday. They worked with classes and our own choir all day and then, in the evening, gave a fabulous performance; the Hall was filled and the atmosphere was outstanding.

Teaching Assistants Graduation Congratulations to Linzi Middlemist and Vivian Slater who graduated this week. They now have BA (hons) Degree in Working with Children & Families.
Sports Day Results! We managed to hold our sports day without any rain until 3.30pm!! A success by any standard.
The results were as follows:-
1st Cheviot 332pts; 2nd Lindisfarne 292pts; 3rd Halidon 274pts; 4th Tweed 258pts
BMS PE Uniform Optional PE uniform items, tracksuit bottoms, hoodies and skorts, now available.

Summer Holidays Berwick Middle School will close at 1:00pm on Tuesday 19 July for the summer. School opens again at 8:55am on Wednesday 7 September 2016.
Mamma Mia We are taking pupils to see Mamma Mia in December. Tickets need to be reserved as soon possible, if you would like to reserve a ticket for your child please see the letter in the parents tab above.
British Weather........... The 'summer' weather is playing havoc with planned sporting events and trips this term. Several events have had to be cancelled, we are trying to reschedule as quickly as possible and will advise of new dates.
Wildlife News Our new wildlife garden is proving a great success. We have had two deer visit Berwick Middle, they spent the day exploring the school grounds, much to the delight of pupils and staff.
